No reservation is valid without a deposit of at least 25% of the total bill.
Cancellations
If canceled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled later, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of early departure you will be charged 50% of the total value of the stay as planned, for the days canceled.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Kids and extra beds
All children under 2 years are hosted free of charge in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
One child from 2 to 8 years is charged € 5 per night in an extra bed.
Each older child or adult is charged € 8 per night in an extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or cots are available upon request and with confirmation from the property.
Pets are allowed on request at no extra charge.
The flat rate for the split (stay over 12 hours and up to 18 hours) will be reduced by 50% of the agreed flat rate.
Staying over 18 hours obliges the client to pay the full rent of a day.
